Senior Spotlight: Brock

Brock is an International Baccalaureate (IB) senior at Rampart High School where his classes are weighted to provide a world view that helps in molding a well-rounded student and person. As an IB student, Brock must spend 120 hours in community service and he has chosen several ways in which to volunteer including helping with “Elementary Challenge Days” for 5thgraders. However, Brock’s passion lies with the “Bald for Bucks” campaign where Rampart raised an incredible $100,000 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.Brockblog1

This past summer, Brock did an internship in Las Vegas for College Football Media Day (for the Mountain West Division) where he helped with the social media aspect. This experience played right in to his goal of attending Texas Christian University or UCLA to pursue a degree in either Sports Broadcasting or Journalism.

Brockblog2At Rampart, Brock is involved in Student council as the Executive Treasurer, is in National Honor Society and he loves supporting all of the Rampart events. Outside of school, he enjoys hanging out with his friends and family, playing frisbee, spike ball, hammocking, listening to music and collecting sports lapel pins.
