Senior Spotlight: Abby

Most seniors don’t have their “after high school” plans mapped out as precisely as Abby, but this senior knows exactly what she wants to do with her life for the next decade. After watching many episodes of the television show Criminal Minds and taking a Forensics class at Rampart, Abby was influenced to go to Pikes Peak Community College for two years and then join the Police Academy where she will spend five years as a police officer. What next? Joining the FBI’s “Behavioral Analysis Unit” of course!9266Abbyblog3

9186Abbyblog1Currently, Abby is in the Area Vocational Program (AVP) for cosmetology, works as a cashier at La Casita Mexican restaurant and loves to spend time cruising about in her 1998 Jeep Wrangler that she has nicknamed Charlie.9230Abbyblog2

This Honor Roll senior loves music and attending concerts, particularly heavy metal and rock. She also enjoys swing dancing and has a soft spot for white daisies because of their simplicity.
