Logan — Looking Toward the Future

“Loyal and friendly, then dark and twisty… A great protector that will fight to the end.”

This is how Logan, a senior at Peyton High School, describes the two personality sides of the wolf, an animal that has fascinated him since childhood. He has a collection of wolf memorabilia, including paintings, drawings, clothing and knick knacks.

Logan works odd jobs as a handyman and doing various landscaping projects. In his spare-time he enjoys gaming, reading and listening to music (all genres except Country!)

Due to Covid, and a hybrid learning program (two days in person and two days online), Logan’s senior year has started very differently than what he imagined. He remains positive, however, that he will be able to end the year with a much-anticipated senior trip to Wyoming. Here, he and his family will stay in cabins, have the opportunity to get up close and personal with the buffalo and enjoy a wonderful meal at the Winchester Steakhouse, nicknamed “The Best Steakhouse in the Nation.” Sounds like the perfect vacation for this nature loving senior.

Next fall Logan plans to attend Pikes Peak Community College where he will spend his first two years getting his core classes out of the way before transfering to the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs for a Business Accounting Degree.
